Weekend with the Weisman

Join the talented Weisman Art Museum Guides to explore the current exhibitions featuring contemporary indigenous art from India and activist poster art created by UMN students in the 1960s.

Participate in a hands-on Kolam workshop, where you’ll be led through the process of making intricate designs of rice flour by the Ragamala Dance Company. Explore how design can create impact in a poster making workshop with Leon Wang (registration required). And take an interactive tour of the galleries!

You’re invited to eat cake, make art, and generally enjoy yourself at WAM. Activities will range in skill level and all ages are welcome.
